1 State of the art Canadian technology for continuos manufacturing process, which is the key to the uniform & consistent high optical readings achieved.( Absorbtivity : 0.96, Emmissivity: 0.12) Based on Batch Plating, thus does not ensure uniformity in the values of absorptivity & emmissivity
2 Nickel Undercoat for better moisture resistance, better adhesion of coating on base metal & better control of emmissivity. No Nickel Undercoat in the process.
3 The coating thickness is controlled by Line Speed, Tank temperature & Current Density
Due to higher Absorbtivity & minimal emmissivity heating is much faster in SOLCHROME .
